In this post, we've tried to address some of the most frequently asked questions (FAQs) about cartridge errors and care-taking. We've also tried to address refill quality and the benefits of using refills. FAQs are sorted in two categories: inkjet cartridges and toner cartridges. If you are uncertain which type of cartridge you use, please refer to this post.
Inkjet Cartridges:
Can you refill [cartridge type]?
- We can refill or provide compatibles for most Hewlett Packard, Canon, Epson, Lexmark and Dell printers. If your cartridge isn't one of these brands, please give us a call for further information.
- A compatible cartridge is a cartridge designed by a third party to take the place of original manufacturers cartridges.
- All of our cartridges are refilled by weight according to collected data on OEM cartridges. We maintain a step-by-step process and strict guidelines for refilling and testing. Each of our cartridges is weighed at least twice before leaving our store to insure they are filled to the correct capacity each and every time.
